HOW WE SUPPORT YOU

Practical, cultural, confidential. Always at your pace.

One-to-one counselling

Group Activities

Small, facilitated groups in Ealing and Merton where women meet others who understand. Sometimes the most healing thing is not being the only one.

Confidence & life skills

Practical support to build healthy boundaries, manage big feelings, navigate friendships, and grow the resilience and skills that help you move forward.

Help to feel safe

Where home has felt frightening or unsafe, we help you understand what’s happened, find ways to cope, and connect you to the right support around you.

Multilingual & culturally specific

Counsellors who share your background, faith context or community, with other languages on request so you don’t have to explain yourself before you begin.

Working with families & schools

We work alongside parents, carers, schools and professionals, which helps keep the young person at the centre and the support joined up.
